Primer("we," "us") helps homeowners store home documents and ask questions about them. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it during the beta.
What we collect
- Account email and password (handled by Supabase Auth)
- Home address you enter during onboarding
- Documents you upload (PDFs, images, voice notes) and chat messages
- Basic usage needed to run the service (e.g. document processing status)
How we use it
We use your data to store your home library, answer your questions with AI grounded in your documents, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run Primer: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Anthropic (AI chat and document reading), Voyage (search embeddings), and Tavily (manual finder web search). Your document content may be sent to these services only to provide features you request.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and documents, email zwass66@gmail.com.
